Remnic is designed to keep agent memory local. This policy covers the public website at remnic.ai and links to the open-source project.
Remnic.ai is a static marketing and documentation site. It does not include account creation, checkout, comments, or newsletter forms. Standard hosting logs may include request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status.
The Remnic software is local-first. By default, memories are stored on your own filesystem as markdown files. The website does not receive or process your local Remnic memory store.
If you configure Remnic to use a third-party model provider or remote deployment, that provider or host may process the data you send to it. Review the configuration and provider policies before enabling remote services.
The site links to GitHub, npm, PyPI, GitHub Sponsors, and project documentation. Those services have their own privacy practices.
