Some memories need a waiting room.

Extraction should not pretend every candidate is obviously durable or useless. Defer verdict adds a third path for ambiguous memories so Remnic can revisit them with more context.

What changes

The product idea in plain terms.

Accept

Durable, specific, useful memories still write immediately.

Reject

Chatter, transient status, and low-value fragments still stay out of the store.

Defer

Ambiguous candidates wait for corroboration, repetition, or stronger context before becoming durable memory.
